As a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience, I have this challenge to create a new lifestyle that promotes health and fitness.
This was designed for you take on a challenge that pushes you to new heights, you’ll be surrounded by a private community over 65+ members (Look at transformations page!), who have all joined and achieved transformations.
Challenge Overview
Our 6-week challenge is a compact program which is specially CRAFTED to help you reach your fitness goals by losing body fat & building muscle.
Our Challenge consists of unique and customised workout plans specifically focusing on strength-based training.
There is NO CARDIO (because who likes running on a treadmill?)
Just dumbbells, barbells, and plates.
You’ll also receive TWO body scans to track your progress (one at the beginning and another at the end) coupled with a customised meal plan. The PRIVATE COACHING is done in small groups of around 12 people who are all there to provide support and working to similar goals.
Our unique system is tailored to REWARD participants for completing daily workouts and attending classes.
Throughout the 6 week challenge, you’ll be reborn not just with your body by also mind with the help of our passionate and driven coaches.
